Lightspeed x 2026 PGA Show

This Giveaway (as defined hereunder) applies to any new and existing Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) customers located in the United States who sign up for and participate in an onsite demonstration of the Lightspeed Golf Course Management Software ( the “Software”) at the PGA Show Education Conference held in Orlando between January 21, 2026 and January 23, 2026 (the “PGA Show”) subject to the execution of the applicable Service Agreement, and or Order Form for new Customers (the “Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the Promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion. Eligible Customers will be entered into a giveaway for a chance to win the offer (as defined below), to the extent they meet all of the respective terms herein (the “Giveaway”). Offer: One (1) Eligible Customer, determined by a random draw to be conducted by a Lightspeed representative (the “Winner”), will benefit from an up to $5,000 USD credit to book an experience at a Lightspeed Customer Golf Course (the “Promotion”). To redeem the Promotion, Lightpeed shall provide the Winner with a list of Lightspeed Customer Golf Courses, and available experiences and Winner may choose a Lightspeed Customer Golf Course where they wish to redeem the Promotion on an experience of their choice. Once the Lightspeed Customer Golf Course is chosen, Lightspeed shall book the experience of the Winner’s choice, up to a value of $5,000 USD on behalf of the Winner. The Promotion shall be available to be used by the Winner on one occasion, and cannot be split into parts, before December 31, 2026, after which the Promotion shall expire. The Promotion does not extend to any additional or subsequent licenses, add-ons, renewals, hardware, or installation services. The Winner can redeem the Promotion provided that the Winner (i) signed all applicable agreements with Lightspeed for the provision of all of the Lightspeed Products (including Lightspeed Software, and Lightspeed Payments), including the Order Form, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Lightspeed Platform Agreement, (ii) provided all payment information to Lightspeed at the signature of all applicable agreements as set forth in point (i) above, and (iii) paid any deposit requested by Lightspeed. The Winner can only enjoy the Promotion once, for one (1) single business location. The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the order form. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
