Do I need additional hardware to run Lightspeed Loyalty?
Can my customers collect points with their credit card?
Absolutely. No matter what your customers decide to pay their bill with, it will never prevent them from collecting their points within Lightspeed Loyalty.
Do you offer a non-integrated version as well?
Currently, Lightspeed Loyalty is only available as a fully integrated solution with your Lightspeed Retail point of sale and Lightspeed eCom online store.
I currently use a different loyalty program. If I switch, will I lose all my data?
If you have an existing loyalty program, we’ll take care of porting over all reward balances.
Will Lightspeed Loyalty work with my current point of sale and/or existing loyalty software?
Lightspeed Loyalty is a standalone loyalty solution that does not sync with, nor require, any secondary loyalty software. It works with Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom exclusively.
