The Arc'teryx Backpack prize sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry who attend Switchback in New Orleans, Louisiana (the “Event”) on June 17, 2026 and June 18, 2026 (each an “Eligible Participant”), subject to the following additional terms.
Eligibility
To enter, Eligible Participants must:
Obtain a physical entry ballot, available at Lightspeed Booth #1041 during Event hours;
Complete the required entry information (name, email, phone number);
Submit the completed physical ballot into the designated entry receptacle at Lightspeed Booth #1041.
(collectively the “Entry Requirements”).
All Eligible Participants who complete the Entry Requirements no later than June 18th, 2026, 1:30 PM local time will be entered in the Sweepstakes (limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Participant).
Winner Selection and Prize Details
The prize draw will take place on June 18th, 2026, 1:30 PM local time.
The two (2) prospective winners will be selected randomly from all entries received in accordance with these terms. Lightspeed will announce the name of both winners immediately following the prize draw.
Two (2) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of an Arc'teryx Backpack (approximate retail value of up to 230$ per item) (the “Prizes”). Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be available; except at Lightspeed’s discretion.
Each winner must be physically present at Lightspeed Booth #1041 at the time of the draw to claim their respective Prize. Each selected winner shall have sixty (60) seconds from the time their name is announced to make their presence known to Lightspeed’s representative at the booth (the “Claim Window”).
If a selected winner is not present or fails to claim the Prize within the Claim Window, the Prize will be forfeited, and Lightspeed will immediately draw the name of another Eligible Participant. This process will repeat until both Prizes have been successfully claimed by an Eligible Participant who is physically present at Lightspeed Booth #1041."
General
By entering the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/ apply to the Sweepstakes.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Sweepstakes.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or modify its terms at any time.
