General Terms of the Promotion: This promotion only applies to new Lightspeed Customers located in North America who sign up to a Lightspeed Golf Course Management Software and POS plan between November 7, 2022 and December 31, 2022, subject to execution of the applicable Agreement and/or Order Form on or before December 31, 2022 (“Eligible Customers”). Customers engaged in the sign-up process between September 7, 2022 and November 6, 2022 are not eligible. Payment information must be collected at signature to redeem this offer. Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
Eligible Customers can benefit from the First Free Month Offer (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms (the “Promotion”).
An Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Promotion offer once, for 1 single business location. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts. Promotional discount does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer.
These terms and conditions apply (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy) to the Promotion.
The Promotion begins on November 7, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, such party’s agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
First Month Free Offer: Eligible Customers will benefit from one free month of Lightspeed Golf Course Management Software and POS. The First Month Free Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
