You can now enjoy two-way order syncing with NuORDER PO Sync. Place an order in Lightspeed NuORDER and import to your point of sale, or place an order in your POS and export to Lightspeed NuORDER.

Once you activate NuORDER PO Sync and have already imported an order, just go to Stock Control > Order Stock, and select a Network Supplier to get started.

Brands will now be recorded on products when added as part of importing an order from Lightspeed NuORDER. You can choose to import the brand as a new brand or link to an existing brand in your catalog. This ensures that you are no longer missing crucial information on your products to assess brand performance of a set of products, or to be able to filter your catalog by brand.

Our new KHS integration takes the hassle out of ordering and inventory management. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with high-quality product images and POs you can easily sync to your POS. That means more time for what matters most—growing your business!

Lightspeed Insights now analyzes sales patterns over two years to identify products affected by seasonality and those that aren't.

Leverage seasonal trends to forecast demand with precision and ensure optimal inventory levels, reducing overstock and out-of-stock periods. Available on plans that include Lightspeed Insights.

If you have access to Lightspeed Insights, you now have the option to include or exclude missed sales in your forecasts for more accurate planning.

Not only that, but you can now add customer, customer group and promotion filters to inventory reports. This allows you to filter out sales you don't want to be considered in a forecast, like staff purchases or promotion-driven sales on clearance items.

We’re excited to introduce surcharging to Lightspeed Payments—giving you a new way to manage credit card processing costs. Offset processing fees by passing on a small surcharge to customers who pay with credit cards. Setup is simple and seamless.

You can also easily enable or disable the feature and customize how it appears at checkout. Ensure—Lightspeed automatically applies the surcharge within legal limits and displays it clearly to customers.

*Surcharging is only available for Lightspeed Payments merchants who do not use Offline Mode or Quickbooks.

We’ve now made it easier to get all the details you need for orders that need fulfillment. Easily print a packing slip for the order from the fulfillment screen.

Gift cards are now more versatile and user-friendly, helping you boost cash flow and improve the customer experience. Gift cards can be redeemed both in-store and online.

You can also now set minimum and maximum amounts, add quick-select options on the sell screen, set expiration dates and stop selling gift cards while still allowing redemptions.

Admin users now have the ability to ask users to re-identify themselves after a period of inactivity. This can help prevent situations where users access information that you might not want them to, especially if you share devices. Set up this feature by going to the Security page under Setup, and scrolling to the “Inactivity re-authetication” section.

You can now edit services from a new edit service page rather than the sell screen. This will save time on context switching and allow for more flexibility when editing services.

From the edit service page, you can now create stock orders for items that are out of stock to a service.
