Important Update
NOTE: The changes in this update will only affect those who use the Apple Global Service Exchange (GSX). If you do not use the GSX integration, you do not need to update Lightspeed OnSite.
We’ve made some changes to maintain compatibility with the August 2018 Apple Global Service Exchange (GSX) pricing options update. When looking up parts on the GSX, you can now search for the product first, then select the desired part from a drop-down menu for that product. This will help streamline the list of parts and reduce the risk of ordering a part for the wrong product.
