General Fixes

Fixed an issue where Serial Numbers would intermittently not move from available to sold despite appearing in the invoice
Fixed an issue with macOS Sierra where backups would fail if the _lightspeedserver was missing after an upgrade to macOS Sierra
Fixed an issue with MYOB Exports where Lightspeed would crash and no exported file was created for detailed journal entry export
Added a modal window when unchecking a product to be Sold Online

Known Issues
