Oracle NetSuite announced the end-of-life (EOL) for NetSuite POS (NSPOS) and SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) in February 2026. Because timelines and support windows can vary depending on customer contracts, editions and regions, businesses should confirm their specific sunset dates directly with Oracle NetSuite or their account representative to plan migration timelines appropriately.

● General Promotion Terms

○ This Promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. ("Lightspeed") and only applies to eligible new Lightspeed Customers located in the United States and Canada who are migrating from NetSuite POS or SuiteCommerce InStore to an annual Lightspeed Retail Plus plan (X-Series or R-Series), in combination with the purchase of Pro Services and Lightspeed Payments (if eligible), before January 31, 2029, and subject to the execution of the applicable Order Form before January 31, 2029 (“Eligible Customers”).
○ Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer(s) (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer(s) (the “Promotion”).
○ Eligibility for the Promotion, including verification that a Customer is migrating from NetSuite POS or SuiteCommerce InStore, shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
○ Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 60 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries.
○ Eligible Customers can only apply the Promotion once, to multiple business locations.
○ The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
○ To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
○ Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
○ These terms and conditions apply to the promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy).

The Promotion is only available to Eligible Customers who are migrating directly from NetSuite POS or SuiteCommerce InStore and who provide any supporting information or documentation reasonably requested by Lightspeed to confirm such migration.
- The 20% discount applies only to the duration of the initial contract term identified on the applicable Order Form.


- The Promotion does not apply to renewals, additional or subsequent licenses, add-ons, implementation or installation services, hardware, payment processing fees, or any other products or services not expressly identified on the applicable Order Form as discounted.


○ The Promotion is available only to new Lightspeed Customers and does not apply to existing Lightspeed customers, including customers adding locations, upgrading subscriptions, or switching between Lightspeed products or services.
○ The Promotion is valid only during the promotional period specified by Lightspeed and expires automatically at the end of that period, unless extended by Lightspeed in its sole discretion.
This Promotion is subject to applicable law and void where prohibited. Lightspeed may deny application of the Promotion if it determines that the Customer does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions.
Lightspeed reserves the right to revoke the Promotion and charge the discounted portion of the subscription fees if an eligible Lightspeed Payments Customer does not start using Lightspeed Payments for business transactions within the above-mentioned 60-day term.
