Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) is pleased to offer a limited-time Sales Performance Incentive Fund (“SPIFF”) program to ambassador partners (“Partner”), subject to the following terms:
Program Description. Lightspeed will award a prepaid gift card (“Gift Card”) of USD$150 to the eligible participant from Partner who brings a Qualifying Deal to Lightspeed.
Program Period. The SPIFF Program will run from August 1, 2026 at 12:00am to August 31, 2026 at 11:59pm (the “Program Period”)
Eligibility Criteria. To be considered a “Qualifying Deal,” the following eligibility criteria must be satisfied:
Only Signed Deals will be considered. A “Signed Deal” means a Closed Won opportunity in Lightspeed’s CRM system
The merchant must be located in North America.
The merchant must be referred via the personalized link received by eligible participants of Partner, and Partner must add code SPEED150 to the description box for such a referral.
Eligibility for the SPIFF shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
Prize. The total amount of each Gift Card shall be USD$150.
Conditions and Limitations
Lightspeed reserves the right to determine whether a referral constitutes a Qualifying Deal or a Signed Deal in its sole discretion.
Rewards are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.
Lightspeed reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify participants for misconduct, and amend or terminate the SPIFF program at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
Any taxes associated with the receipt of the Gift Card are the responsibility of the recipient.
General
This Program and these terms shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
This Program is intended solely for participants acting in their capacity as representatives of Lightspeed’s external partners and does not create an employment, agency, or contractor relationship between the participant and Lightspeed.
Participation in the SPIFF constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this SPIFF or modify its terms at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
Information that an eligible participant of Partner provides to Lightspeed is subject to the Privacy Policy stated here. By participating in the SPIFF, the participant agrees that Lightspeed will forward the email address provided by Entrant in the Submission to the Gift Card provider for the purpose of redemption of the Gift Card.
