This Lightspeed-branded Apple AirPods 4 Gift Set prize giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and is open to existing Lightspeed Retail Ambassadors based in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States who submit a referral between June 2, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (each an “Eligible Participant”), subject to the following additional terms.

Eligibility
To enter, Eligible Participants must have signed an Ambassador Program Agreement for Lightspeed Retail prior to submitting a referral.
Eligible Participants must submit a referral (“Referral”) via (i) their custom referral link, (ii) the Partner Portal, or (iii) the dedicated Monday form provided (“Entry Requirements”).
All Eligible Participants who complete the Entry Requirements no later than June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM local time (EST) will be entered in the Giveaway (limit of one (1) entry per Referral submitted).


Winner Selection and Prize Details
The prospective winner will be selected randomly from all entries received in accordance with these terms. Lightspeed will contact the winner directly via e-mail no later than July 10, 2026.
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a Lightspeed-branded Apple AirPods 4 Gift Set (approximate retail value of up to CAD$300) (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be available; except at Lightspeed’s discretion.
To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to Lightspeed’s e-mail and provide the requested contact details (including, but not limited to, their shipping address).

General
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/ apply to the Giveaway.
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by Lightspeed for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, as well as for marketing communications and sales follow-ups. This may include contacting Eligible Participants by email, phone, or other communication channels. Eligible Participants’ information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lightspeed’s privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Giveaway.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate the Giveaway or modify its terms at any time.
