Lightspeed x The Boutique Hub Promotional Terms and Conditions
*This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms of the Promotion.
This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. ("Lightspeed") and only applies to new Lightspeed Customers located in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who subscribe to an annual Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) plan (in combination with Lightspeed Payments) between August 1st, 2026 and August 31st,, 2026, subject to:
booking a virtual meeting with Lightspeed via the Boutique Hub Landing page before August 31st, 2026; or
booking a demo at the Lightspeed booth during the Boutique Hub Summit held in Dallas, Texas on August 16th to 18th, 2026 (the “Event”);
subsequently providing all required contact details on the Lightspeed Inbound form; and
executing an Order Form by August 31st, 2026 (“Eligible Customers”).
Eligibility for the Promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 30 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries.
Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer(s) (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer(s) (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
These terms and conditions apply to the promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy).
2. Up to 20% Off Omni Bundle Offer.
Eligible Customers will benefit from up to 20% off the annual Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) plan and hardware, subject to the following additional terms:
Eligible discount amounts depend on the chosen plan or type of subscription as identified on the Order Form, for example:
- Basic: 5%
- Core: 10%
- Plus: 20%
The Promotion only applies to hardware fees (excluding Apple products) and the first year of license fees, and does not extend to any additional or subsequent licenses, add-ons, renewals or installation services.
The Promotion is only available on select hardware and may vary from the hardware shown in any images related to the Promotion.
This Promotion and the delivery of hardware are subject to availability and will be delivered on a first come, first serve basis.
Lightspeed reserves the right to revoke the Promotion and charge the discounted portion of the fees if a Customer does not start using Lightspeed Payments for business transactions within the above-mentioned 30-day term.
