This Ember 14oz Smart Mugs prize giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and is open to individuals who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry who register and attend the Edge Digital webinar (the “Event”) on September 29, 2026 (each an “Eligible Participant”), subject to the following additional terms.
Eligibility
To enter, Eligible Participants must:
(1) register to the Event by using the Registration Link available on Lightspeed’s website with all required information (including, without limitation, their full name, email address, phone number, company, business type); and
(2) attend the Event (i.e. be active on the live webinar during the Event).
Eligible Participants must provide a valid mailing address located within the United States or Canada.
All Eligible Participants who complete the Entry Requirements no later than September 29, 2026 at 3PM EST will be entered in the Giveaway.
(collectively, the “Entry Requirements”).
Winner Selection and Prize Details
Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all the Eligible Participants meeting the Entry Requirements.
A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded, consisting of ten (10) Ember 14oz Smart Mugs (each a “Prize”) (approximate retail value of USD$230).
To claim the Prize, the prospective winners must have completed the contest entry form with all required information and must provide a valid mailable address located within the United States or Canada. Winners will be notified within 15 days of the Event. The Prize will be mailed to the winners within thirty (30) days following the end of the Event on September 29, 2026.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be available.
General
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/ apply to the Giveaway.
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by Lightspeed for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, as well as for marketing communications and sales follow-ups. This may include contacting Eligible Participants by email, phone, or other communication channels. Eligible Participants’ information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lightspeed’s Privacy Policy.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, or other taxes, duties, fees, or charges associated with acceptance or use of a Prize. Lightspeed may require completion of tax documentation before awarding a Prize where required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Giveaway.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate the Giveaway or modify its terms at any time.
