Lightspeed COTERIE New York 2026 Giveaway Terms and Conditions
*This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
This prize giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry who attend COTERIE New York (the “Event”) between September 9, 2026 and September 11, 2026 (each an “Eligible Participant”), subject to the following additional terms.
Eligibility
To enter, Eligible Participants must:
Be a registered attendee of the Event;
Visit the Lightspeed booth during the Event’s operating hours between September 9, 2026 and September 11, 2026; and
Sign up for a Lightspeed Retail X-Series demo meeting by completing a form with the required contact details (including, but not limited to, company name, email address and contact phone number) (the “Entry Requirements”).
The first ten (10) Eligible Participants to visit the Lightspeed x NuORDER booth at the Event and successfully complete the Entry Requirements (each a “Winner”) will receive one (1) prize, as further described below.
Prize Details
Each of the ten (10) Winners will receive one (1) Lightspeed x NuORDER branded travel steamer with an approximate retail value of USD $250.00 (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”).
Each Prize is provided "as-is" with no warranties and is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be available, except at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
The Prizes will be distributed on the spot at the Lightspeed booth, subject to availability and successful completion of the Entry Requirements. The Prizes will not be held, shipped, or made available for later collection.
Each Winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that (i) the use of the Prize is governed solely by the original manufacturer’s terms and conditions, safety guidelines, and user manuals; and (ii) that they are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all safety instructions provided by the manufacturer to prevent injury or damage.
**Prizes are provided on a "first-come, first-served" basis while supplies last. Limit of one (1) Prize per business entity.
General
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/ apply to the Giveaway.
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by Lightspeed for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, as well as for marketing communications and sales follow-ups. This may include contacting Eligible Participants by email, phone, or other communication channels. Eligible Participants’ information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lightspeed’s privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Giveaway or the use or misuse of the Prize(s).
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate the Giveaway or modify its terms at any time.
