This Apple iPad prize giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and is open to individuals who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry who attend the CHAMPS Tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Event”) on August 26, 2026 to August 28, 2026 (each an “Eligible Participant”), subject to the following additional terms.
Eligibility
To enter, Eligible Participants must visit the Lightspeed booth during official Event hours, complete the contest entry form with all required information, and play the designated arcade game (the “Game”). Each Eligible Participant may play a maximum of two (2) times per day.
The Eligible Participant with the highest Game score recorded for that day will be selected to win one (1) prize.
Eligible Participants must provide a valid mailing address located within the United States or Canada.
All Eligible Participants who complete the Entry Requirements no later than August 28, 2026, 5 PM local time (PST) will be entered in the Giveaway (limit of two (2) entries per Eligible Participant).

Winner Selection and Prize Details
One (1) prospective winner will be selected for each day of the Event, based on the highest score recorded in the Game by the end of the applicable day.
A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Apple iPad for each day of the Event (each a “Prize”), with each daily highest scorer eligible to receive one (1) Prize (approximate retail value of US$649).
To claim the Prize, the prospective winner must have completed the contest entry form with all required information and must provide a valid mailable address located within the United States or Canada. The Prize will be mailed to the winner within thirty (30) days following the end of the Event on August 28, 2026.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be available.
General
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/ apply to the Giveaway.
By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by Lightspeed for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, as well as for marketing communications and sales follow-ups. This may include contacting Eligible Participants by email, phone, or other communication channels. Eligible Participants’ information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lightspeed’s Privacy Policy.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, or other taxes, duties, fees, or charges associated with acceptance or use of a Prize. Lightspeed may require completion of tax documentation before awarding a Prize where required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Giveaway.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate the Giveaway or modify its terms at any time.
