Prevent Duplicate Sales: If you’ve integrated your payment processing with triPOS, you now have the Prevent Duplicate Sales setting under Settings > Payment Processing. If enabled (which it is by default), transactions of the same amount are declined if they’re processed on the same card over a short period of time. Although this reduces the risk of mistakenly charging your customers twice, having it disabled can also be helpful. For example, if you’re a Retailer in the gaming industry, disabling the setting would allow you to repeatedly sell packs of trading cards and coffees to customers who play in your shop for several hours.
So, to enable, or not to enable? That is the question and the choice is entirely yours!
