- The customer can manage favourite addresses via his 'my account' environment. After installion of the App, an extra 'my addresses' tab will appear.
- Once the customer is logged in and visits the checkout, they can choose one of their favourite addresses or add a new one.
- The customer also has the option to delete favourite addresses via his 'my account' environment.
- Step 1: Install the App and login. (your login details will be sent by email)
- Step 2: Activate Address Book via the App.
- Step 3: Save your configuration. Address Book does the rest.
- Customers must be logged in to select a saved address.
- Both the billing address and the shipping address will be added to the customer's account, under 'my addresses'.
Why the Address Book app?
With the Address Book App, your customer can choose a previously chosen address in the checkout. Handy, as this prevents typing errors that lead to unnecessary after-sales work. It also increases conversion and ease of use in your checkout.
