Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We're looking for an Implementation Partner Manager to help us build and grow Lightspeed's partner ecosystem in France.

***Please note that this role is based in Paris, France***

What you'll be doing:

  • Help find, recruit, and onboard new implementation partners in France to grow and expand a local partner network

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with existing partners and make sure they hit Lightspeed’s quality, certification, and performance standards

  • Train and enable partners so they can successfully implement Lightspeed products on their own

  • Pick up and resolve cross-regional Partner Ops tickets across EMEA, handling partner queries and escalations

  • Track partner performance metrics and step in when things need to be improved or corrected

  • Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, and Product to keep partner strategy aligned with Lightspeed’s go-to-market plans for Spain

  • Be the voice of the French market internally: share partner feedback, local insights, and competitive intelligence with the wider team

  • You’ll have the opportunity to get face time with partners through onsite visits and business reviews, and represent Lightspeed at local industry events and trade fairs where relevant

And a little bit of....

  • Helping onboard future Paris-based roles (e.g., Partner Growth Managers, Partner Development Managers)

  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives, even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2+ years in partner management, channel management, or a similar role in SaaS, POS, or hospitality tech

  • Fluent in both, French and English; additional European languages are a plus

  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced, international environment, ideally at a scaling SaaS or tech company

  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems and operational tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, or similar)

Big plus:

  • You've recruited, enabled, and grown third-party partners or reseller networks before

  • Knowledge of the French hospitality and/or retail market

  • Experience building or delivering partner enablement content like training materials, playbooks, or onboarding guides
