Lightspeed NRF 2026 Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

*This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This Apple AirPods Max prize sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry who attend the NRF Expo in New York City (the “Event”) on January 11-13, 2026 (each an “Eligible Participant”), subject to the following additional terms.

Eligibility
To enter, Eligible Participants must:


Obtain a physical card (a “Stamp Card”) available at the Lightspeed booth during the hours listed below. Stamp Cards shall only be available to retailers who (1) have received a Lightspeed demo or (2) engaged in substantive sales conversations with Lightspeed;

Stamp Cards available on:

January 11, 2026 and January 12, 2026: 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST; and
January 13, 2026: 9:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST.

Complete the required contact details on the Stamp Card (company name, individual’s name, email address, phone number);
Visit the booths of all below partners at the Event (the “Participating Partners”) and (1) initiate a sales conversation with, or (2) receive a demo from, each Participating Partner, and (3) receive a stamp on their Stamp Card from each Participating Partner:

Submit to a Lightspeed representative the completed Stamp Card containing a stamp from all Participating Partners. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Participants must collect a stamp from each of the Participating Partners listed above. An entry will be deemed invalid if one or more required stamps are missing, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not verifiable by Lightspeed.

All Eligible Participants who complete the Entry Requirements no later than January 13, 2026, 4:00 PM local time will be entered in the Sweepstakes (limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Participant).

Winner Selection and Prize Details
The prospective winner will be selected randomly from all entries received in accordance with these terms. Lightspeed will contact the winner directly via e-mail on January 14, 2026.
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a pair of Lightspeed-branded Apple AirPods Max headphones (approximate retail value of up to USD$745 per pair) (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be available; except at Lightspeed’s discretion.
To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to Lightspeed’s e-mail and provide the requested details (including, but not limited to, their shipping address).

General
By entering the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/ apply to the Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by Lightspeed and the Participating Partners for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, as well as for marketing communications and sales follow-ups. This may include contacting Eligible Participants by email, phone, or other communication channels. Eligible Participants’ information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lightspeed and each Participating Partner’s respective privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Sweepstakes.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or modify its terms at any time.
