March Promo 2026

General Terms.

1. This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and only applies to existing Lightspeed Customers located in Canada and the United States who are subscribed to a yearly Lightspeed X-Series or R-Series plan in combination with Lightspeed Payments and who add a new location to their account (“NewLocation”) between March 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026 for a new business location, subject to the execution of the applicable Service Agreement and/or Order Form on or before March 31, 2026 (“EligibleCustomers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
2. Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within one hundred eighty (180) days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries. 
3. Merchants who surcharge their end customers are excluded from this promotion.
4. Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer(s) (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer(s) (the “Promotion”).
5. The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
7. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
8. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
9. These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at  https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/). 

Specific Terms.

• Hardware Credit Offer. Eligible Customers will benefit from a credit of up to $1000 (in local currency) on hardware fees per New Location, subject to the following additional terms.
  • The Promotion only applies to hardware fees, and does not extend to any software licences, add-ons, renewals, installation services or Customers with a monthly subscription.
  • The Promotion is only available on select hardware and may vary from the hardware shown in any images related to the Promotion.
  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that any hardware provided to the Customer under the Promotion is conditional upon Customer using Lightspeed’s point of sale services and Lightspeed Payments, to the extent applicable, for at least twenty-four (24) months from the date of such discount. If the Customer (i) ceases to use Lightspeed’s point of sales services within twenty-four (24) months of the date of such discount, (ii) does not begin processing transactions with Lightspeed Payments within one-hundred-eighty (180) days of the date of such discount or (iii) does not continue to process bona fide transactions representing a minimum daily average of 100.00 in local currency in transaction volume, as measured monthly, with Lightspeed Payments for at least twenty-four (24) months from the date of such discount, then Customer agrees to immediately pay Lightspeed the value of the hardware, plus shipping costs.
  • Promotion excludes Apple products.
  • The Promotion and the delivery of hardware are subject to availability and will be delivered on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Lightspeed reserves the right to revoke the Promotion and charge the discounted portion of the fees, if a Customer does not start using Lightspeed Payments for business transactions within the above-mentioned 180 day term.
  • This credit cannot be taken as cash.
• 60-Day Credit for Payment Processing Offer. Eligible Customers will benefit from up to a $1,000 credit towards payment processing for 60 days at the New Location, from the first transaction date at the New Location. Eligible Customers are required to process a minimum of $1,000 within the 60-day period and the account must be in good standing. This offer is subject to Lightspeed and or its affiliate’s approval of the Eligible Customer’s Merchant Application. The Eligible Customer shall further be required to agree to the Lightspeed Payments Platform Agreement. The payment processing fees will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s account in one lump sum after such 60-day period. This offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries on the upsell of Lightspeed Payments. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
