Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Netherlands BV and its affiliates (collectively, “Lightspeed”) and only applies to new Lightspeed customers (which includes, for clarity, existing Lightspeed customers subscribing for a new location) who visit the 2026 Food & Drink Show in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and who subscribe to an annual Lightspeed Restaurant POS K-Series subscription combined with Lightspeed Payments between April 13, 2026 and May 13, 2026, provided that the corresponding Order Form is signed no later than May 13, 2026 (“Eligible Customers”). This promotion is only offered for locations in the United Kingdom. Eligibility for Lightspeed services and the promotion is at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.

2. Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 30 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible jurisdictions and industries.

3. Eligible Customers may benefit from this offer (as described below) to the extent they meet all the respective conditions of this offer (the “Promotion”).

4. Subject to these terms, conditions, and exclusions, Eligible Customers are entitled to a hardware discount of up to £5,000, subject to the following additional conditions:
This offer is valid only while stocks last on a first-come, first-served basis.
The hardware offered may differ from the hardware presented in the images of this offer.
The offer does not apply to installation service fees.
The offer cannot be converted into cash.
An Eligible Customer can only benefit from the Promotion once. Maximum aggregate discount of £5,000 per Eligible Customer.

5. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any hardware provided to the Customer under the Promotion is conditional upon Customer using Lightspeed’s point of sale services and Lightspeed Payments, to the extent applicable, for at least twenty-four (24) months from the date of such discount. If the Customer (i) ceases to use Lightspeed’s point of sales services within twenty-four (24) months of the date of such discount, (ii) does not begin processing transactions with Lightspeed Payments within thirty (30) days of the date of such discount or (iii) does not continue to process bona fide transactions representing a minimum daily average of 100.00 in local currency in transaction volume, as measured monthly, with Lightspeed Payments for at least twenty-four (24) months from the date of such discount, then Customer agrees to immediately pay Lightspeed the value of the hardware, plus shipping costs.

6. Lightspeed reserves the right to withdraw the offer and charge the reduced portion of the hardware costs if the Eligible Customer does not start using Lightspeed Payments for business transactions within the aforementioned 30-day period.

7. The Promotion does not apply to any other hardware, software, add-ons, renewals, or other services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer. Fees for additional products and services may apply, as indicated on the Order Form.

8. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and advisors will not be liable for any claims, damages (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, incurred, or engaged in as a result of, arising from, or related in any way to this promotion.

9. Lightspeed may extend, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or modify its conditions at any time.
