Our integrations seamlessly allows customers to earn and redeem bespoke loyalty rewards and order for collection, delivery and to table.
Our integration has 2 primary functions: loyalty and ordering.
- Loyalty: Our unique web extension allows the ePOS to recognise the customer, allowing staff to redeem loyalty points, stamps and personalised rewards. All these redemption options are also exposed to the customer when placing orders.
- Ordering: The 5Loyalty platform links your ePOS menu information directly into your white-labelled app and web-ordering platforms. This includes imagery, allergen information, descriptions , SKUs, availability, modifiers and pricing. Your customers will be able to order through an app, a web-page or via an in-store kiosk tablet.
