This integration provides one-way synchronization, fully automating the sending of customer activity in your online store to Klaviyo, allowing you to use Klaviyo to manage your email and SMS marketing. Furthermore, the integration automatically synchronizes your online store's catalog with products and categories in Klaviyo. It's also possible to synchronize newsletter subscriptions from your online store with a selected customer list in Klaviyo.
How does the Klaviyo connection work?
The Klaviyo - webshop connection includes the following features:
1. Sending customer activity from the webshop to Klaviyo, such as viewed products, cart actions, and order statuses.
2. Synchronizing the webshop catalog with products and categories in Klaviyo.
3. Synchronizing newsletter subscriptions from the webshop with a selected customer list in Klaviyo.
Installation
Step 1: Install the app and log in. (Your login details will be sent by email)
Step 2: Log in to Klaviyo via the app and activate the app.
Step 3: Optionally, choose whether to sync catalog and newsletter subscriptions.
Step 4: Save your configuration. Customer activities will now be sent to Klaviyo.
Extra information
This app connects your online store to your Klaviyo account. You must have a Klaviyo subscription.
