You can now exclude items from your loyalty program! When an item is excluded, it will no longer generate loyalty points when purchased.
- Exclude items through your Loyalty dashboard under Manage Campaigns > Pay + Earn.
- Select items to exclude by category, tag, or system ID.
- Manage excluded products to see which items are currently excluded.
- Edit the list of items that are excluded at any time.
This new feature gives you even more control over when and how your customers earn loyalty points, so you can fine-tune your loyalty program to meet your needs!
