Lightspeed Loyalty has now enabled SMS Short Codes in the US and UK! Here are some of the benefits you can now enjoy:

• Messages can now be sent at a rate of 100 per second, rather than 1 per second with long codes.
• Short codes will prevent your messages being blocked by cell phone carrier filtering of long codes.
• US customers will now receive communication from the phone number “21282.”
• UK customers will now receive communication from the phone number “60307.”
  • If a customer cannot be reached by the short code, a long code number will be used.
