We’ve clarified the language used when setting up the VIP campaign to remove ambiguity about whether a customer reaches VIP status when crossing a threshold of points spent or dollars spent. You now clearly indicate the dollar amount to spend to become a VIP.
- Tags will now work as intended when pasted into the body of an email in the Email Marketing section.
- The SMS History will now show an accurate accounting of how many text messages were sent.
- Duplicate one-time sign-up rewards have been removed from affected accounts.
- eCom only: The list of categories will now properly display when managing point rewards on the eCom tab
