What’s new in Lightspeed Restaurant with Loyalty?

Don’t get lost: We fixed an occasional issue where it was not possible to save Location edits in the Loyalty Dashboard – merchants may now save changes to their Location.

Budget those alerts: SMS Marketing now alerts merchants if they have exceeded their monthly SMS limit.

Reward names just got trilingual: Reward names are now localized according to the customer’s locale (the language settings on a customer’s phone). Merchants must first submit localized reward names in the Loyalty dashboard in order for the customer to view the reward name in their set language.  Loyalty supports French, English, and Dutch localization.

For these changes to take effect, please update the Loyalty native app to the latest version (14.24)
