General Fixes 

  • Fixed an issue where entering a new cost average for a product would cause OnSite to throw an error
  • Fixed an issue where QTY BO would reset to 0 if there was another line item added to the Invoice
  • Fixed an issue where an editable selling price product selling price would change to $0.00 after upgrading to 2016 1.0 on Orders
  • Fixed an issue where having special characters or currency symbols in a custom field on a product card would cause an Invoice with that product to crash
  • Quotes, Orders, SROs:
    • Fixed an issue where printed notes would not save or be printed out for an Invoice that had been created from a Quote, Order or SRO
    • Fixed an issue where opening a quote with a non-editable sell product enables the save button even when no changes were made
    • Fixed an issue where clicking on the QTY field would cause the pricing of the product(s) to be changed to the price of the product card
    • Fixed an issue with multiple blank pricing level names that the first pricing level was also selected even if the user clicked a different one
    • Fixed an issue where converting an Invoice to an SRO would cause the pricing to be incorrect
  • Tax Inclusive:
    • Fixed an issue where the preview pane would show incorrect values for orders downloaded from WebStore
    • Fixed an issue where changing the tax code to ‘No Tax’ for a Quote, Order or SRO would not change the price of the product(s) being sold
    • Fixed an issue where opening an Order downloaded from WebStore would double the tax on a line item
    • Fixed an issue where upgrading to 2016 1.0 a Quote, Order or SRO with an editable selling price product would have an incorrect total tax
    • Fixed an issue where a customer with a pricing level is added to a Quote, Order or SRO, the wrong price is added when adding a product with default tax

Known Issues

  • Unable to upgrade to OnSite 2016 1.0 if the discount field contains special characters
  • POS Mode:
    • The first line item does not highlight
    • Adding an item after searching will return to search view (in some cases)
  • Tax Inclusive: 
    • The margin display on the product card does not recalculate after updating the selling price
    • Exporting to MYOB with a tax rate of 3 decimal places can cause rounding issues on invoices
    • Creating a backorder invoice can cause the sell column to be incorrect
