We’re looking for a Support Quality Specialist to join our Support team in Manila. You will be responsible for reviewing interactions across all of our customer communication channels, documenting feedback, and making recommendations for enhancements to training materials.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of our customers and Lightspeed software solutions
  • Develop a deep knowledge of Lightspeed support process and procedures
  • Perform reviews of inbound/outbound customer calls, Live Chat transcripts, and email Support tickets
  • Compile results, insights and suggestions for improvement of the support QA framework
  • Provides actionable data and feedback to support leaders
  • Actively provide feedback and insights to the Support Trainer

  • Support system optimisation
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a Intermediate candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous work experience in a customer support/service position or a similar quality assurance position
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • A keen interest in customer experience
  • Passion for learning and development 
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced team environment
