Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst who will work within the IT team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
*Preference will be given to candidates based in Montreal and open to working 3 days per week in office*
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitate IAM and support the overall IAM strategy in collaboration with Service Desk Management & Corporate Security Management teams.
- Maintain the organisation's RBAC so every team member has the right access to the right tools at the right time.
- Ensure RBAC accuracy, provide recommendations for least privileged access, and update as new tools and systems are brought into the environment.
- Design and implement custom SAML & SCIM connectors.
- Serve as the escalation point for emergency access removals.
- Write, maintain, and implement security automation scripts.
- Research, recommend, and implement changes to standard operating procedures to enhance identity management.
- Support audit efforts related to Information Security.
- Recommend, implement, and support identity and access management tools such as OneLogin.
- Establish relationships with other business units, learn the flow of their work, and understand how they use their existing applications.
- Identify opportunities for dynamic access embedded in tools requiring greater flexibility, such as Salesforce, AWS, Looker, and GitHub.
- Conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for improving IAM processes and preventing end user access issues.
- Stay on the cutting edge of software trends and proactively provide recommendations that can make the business more secure, efficient, and successful.
- Partner with the required teams to ensure roles are updated as new tools are implemented and existing tools are updated.
What you need to bring:
- Exposure to IGA and PAM solutions such as Sailpoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity.
- Intermediate experience with creating and managing a robust RBAC strategy.
- Experience implemented and building an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program.
- Advanced experience with HRIS Systems, OneLogin, Okta.
- Automation scripting experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and applicable experience using it to enhance IT service management.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with IT audit and compliance. (SOC 1 & 2 and/or SOX).
- ITIL Foundation & ITIL Practitioner Certifications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Even better but not necessary:
- Consultative skills to effectively question and conduct core issues analysis to resolve access incidents
- Desire to automate and innovate in order to increase organizational efficiencies
- Have an interest in security regulatory trends.
- Experience in a high growth, technology company.
- Experience with other compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Experience with change management
- Fluency in French
