Lightspeed is seeking a full-time energetic, client-centric, and numbers-driven Sales Operations Analyst in our Montreal office. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency through scheduled monthly reporting. Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports to track monthly partner commissions and external fees based on sales
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide resolve inquiries where reporting is required
  • Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, invoices, contracts and payments
  • Plan and identify opportunities to maintain healthy data input and reporting techniques
  • Perform regulatory controls on a monthly and quarterly basis to validate operational and financial compliance
  • Ensure the integrity of sales and subscription data for reporting purposes
  • Prepare reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
  • Manage reporting projects as required



  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative or analytical role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Stellar time management and organization skills
  • Perfect written and spoken English
  • Remarkable communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates under tight deadlines
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Recognized knack for problem-solving and learning on the fly
  • Comfortable in highly technical environments



  • Degree in business, management information systems, or related field
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
