Partner Billing and Commissions Specialist

We’re looking for a Partner Billing and Commissions Specialist to join our Partnership team in London. You will work closely and across multiple departments to help oversee operational requests from start to finish.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Process and verify partner payouts: 

  • Owning end-to-end responsibility for software commissions and payments rev share

Data & Analysis: 

  • Generating data sets for stakeholders to get more insight into commissions and rev share processed 

Communicate with partners: 

  • Answering any questions partners may have about their commissions
  • Providing them with updates on the status of their payments

Continuously improve the process:

  • Reviewing and analysing the current commission process and recommending changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Identifying any potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to reduce delays
  • Reporting on bug, working with other teams to resolve systems-related issues

Assist on projects: 

  • This includes spearheading all projects pertaining to partner incentives, such as partner terminations, commission restructuring etc..

Stakeholder management

  • This includes developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate solutions

Documentation: 

  • This includes outlining all processes, workflows and policy changes in clear and digestible manner 

 

What you need to bring:

  • Prior experience in a Billing, Accounts Payable / receivable  or similar role. 
  • Strong background in operational analysis to assist in defining efficient processes/workflows and drive enhancements
  • Experience working with Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and other CRMs
  • Proficient in manual data reconciliation and entry processes 

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce is beneficial
  • SaaS sales experience;
  • Experience with the partnership ecosystem
  • Executive presentation skills
