What will your day-to-day look like?

Sales Development Representative

  • Drive new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads for Lightspeed’s Sales teams
  • Promoting Lightspeed perks after identifying customers’ needs all while ensuring a world class experience for customers
  • Nurturing and managing all inbound leads through phone, email and chat  
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

Business Development Executive

  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities for Lightspeed’s sales growth
  • Manage, demo to and close qualified leads from the Sales Development team
  • Strategically work with management on pricing negotiation
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals 

Account Manager 

  • Engage and build relationships with existing customers 
  • Outbound prospecting to upsell, renew and cross sell within your book of business
  • Work with our Junior Account Executives for the ultimate partnership 
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals 

Junior Account Executive 

  • Identify opportunities and maximize growth for our current customer accounts
  • Demo our Lightspeed products to personalize the product experience for our customers
  • Manage and nurture all inbound leads through phone, email and chat 
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
