A sneak peak of some of our findings:
80% of retailers who currently use a mobile device in-store for checkout or inventory lookups say that it has increased sales.
23% of merchants surveyed said they currently use predictive analytics to help make more informed buying and selling decisions, with another 48% planning to implement it in the near future.
Only 17% currently use mobile devices for check out, but 46% are planning to implement this fast-growing trend soon.
